Principal, President



Larry joined the firm in 1983, bringing with him experience spanning all types of structural engineering projects. Also being involved in all aspects of structural engineering operations of the firm, Larry's strong background in design analysis and development, technical coordination, and project management results in innovative and economically designed buildings.

Larry earned his BSCE at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has been performing structural engineering services since 1980. He is a registered professional engineer in the states of North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Ohio and specializes in high-rise and low-rise office buildings, hotels, hospitals, parking decks, schools (public and universities) and industrial buildings.

Larry is currently on the Advisory Board for the Lee College of Engineering Leadership Academy at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  This academy is dedicated to developing talented leadership and giving back to the community.  Training modules were developed to assist in helping students to understand that they can develop their own leadership sytle based on their own personality and that they can all have different leadership styles.  There is leadership potential in everyone and it is the role of the Leadership Academy to develop that potential.
